BOMA/Suburban Chicago is seeking new instructors to teach the following courses: Air Handling, Water Treatment, and Plumbing Systems (SMA) Asset Management (RPA) Budgeting & Accounting (RPA) Design, Operation and Maintenance of Building Systems – Part 1 (RPA) Design, Operation and Maintenance of Building Systems – Part 2 (RPA) Electrical Systems and Illumination (SMA) Energy Management and Controls (SMA) Environmental Health & Safety Issues (RPA) Ethics is Good Business (RPA) Facilities Planning and Project Management (FMA) Fundamentals of Facilities Management (FMA) Law & Risk Management (RPA) Leasing and Marketing for Property Managers (RPA) Managing Industrial Properties Managing the Organization (RPA) Real Estate Investment & Finance (RPA) Refrigeration Systems and Accessories (SMA) Leadership and Professional Development Training Seminars Additional Courses as they are developed by the Education Committee Courses are generally taught one day a week from 5:30 - 9:00 p.m. for six weeks or on Saturday mornings.
