This in-person 3-day Boot Camp is ideal for property administrators, tenant coordinators, assistant property managers, and early career CRE professionals.

• You will learn how to critically read and interpret a lease with an emphasis on language that affects budgets and reconciliations.
• You will learn about recovery concepts inclusive of, but not limited to: Caps, base year, pools, and gross-up calculations.
• You will learn the importance of gathering accurate documentation, reviewing the general ledger, creating expense pools, and performing recovery calculations.
