The Education Committee invites you to join industry experts from BOMA/Suburban Chicago for a three, half-day series focusing on leading and managing Capital Improvement projects. Our professionals will share strategies for project planning, pitching to your owner, financing, contractor bidding and selection, project management from design to close out, and an overview of understanding blueprint drawings, as well as a half day dedicated to digging into mechanical, electric, plumbing drawings (MEPs). Speakers will share real life case studies, how to prevent common mistakes and address challenges.
