Leadership Education Series: Building Winning Relationships

  • November 29, 2018
  • 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
  • Schaumburg Towers, 1400 American Lane, Schaumburg, 60173

Brought to you by the Education Committee.

In the age where technology moves faster than we can keep up, it is more important than ever to foster our client relations and daily interactions with other individuals. Our smartphones, laptops, and other portable devices allow us to easily take the “human” interaction out of our business and personal communication. The best way to stand out from the competition nowadays is to bring back personal touches with your customers and build your clients’ trust.

In the fourth installment of the Leadership Education Series, Paul Petricca, Torque Consulting, will lead a full-day, highly interactive discussion of client relationship management and business development concepts and strategies. Attendees will be able to put Mr. Petricca’s techniques to Building Winning Relationships into practice during the session through class discussions, case studies, videos, and role playing scenarios.

Attendees will walk away with:

  • An understanding of clients
  • Keys to gaining and building client trust
  • Recognition of non-verbal cues
  • Techniques to effectively communicate value
  • Strategies for expanding client relationship

His dynamic interpersonal and presentation skills make his classes, workshops, and lectures as fun as they are informative.
