You will learn new techniques around questioning and develop a consistent approach to asking key questions to uncover your customer's needs. The only way we find what our customers' needs are is  by asking questions! Often, we are unsure of which questions to ask that will  "unlock the door" to uncovering those latent customer needs. As well, these questioning techniques can be used in all areas of interpersonal communication!
