Brought to you by the Engineers Committee
Anyone in property management knows that the building facade is the face of your property. The facade can provide a unique and aesthetically-pleasing look, as well as protection from the elements. While the exterior of your building faces wear and tear from Chicago's brutal winters and steamy summers, proper maintenance and routine inspections are critical in order to sustain efficient energy performance and interior functions in your building.
That's why you don't want to miss the Engineers Lunch on Building Facades. Chuck McCrimmon, President and Founder of Dakota Evans Restoration, Inc., will provide attendees with an overview on building facades, including inspections, caulking, repairs, and leaks. Attendees will also learn what to do in the event of freeze/thaw effect and learn solutions to common problems.
