1. What size graphic (artwork) should I submit for my ad?
Home Page Ads: (400 x 400 pixels) promoting your business’ products and services to be seen on our scrolling web banner hyperlinked to your website. Please provide your website address together with your artwork.
Events Calendar & Vendor Directory Ads: (200 x 960 pixels) promoting your business' products and services to be seen on our scrolling web banner hyperlinked to your website. Please provide your website address together with your artwork.
2. When is my artwork due?
- All artwork needs to be emailed at least two weeks in advance of the ad launch date
3. Can I change out my ad during each quarter?
- Yes, you can change out your ad on a monthly basis.
For Example: If you have paid for 2nd Quarter Ad, you can submit up to three separate ads, one for each month: April, May and June.

4. Can I post a video instead of an image?
- No, at this time we are not accepting video for our ad program.
5. Will I receive a report showing website and ad performance?
- Yes, we will send you a report showing website and ad performance approximately 10 days after each quarter closes.
