The Program and Diversity and Inclusion committees invite you to BOMA/Suburban Chicago’s March Members Luncheon where we will be exploring the topic of Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) for the workplace, including:

• Why has there been such a delay in integrating D&I into our everyday existence?
• What can we do as individuals in the workplace to get our organization to recognize the need for D&I and get programs instituted?
• What do you envision for the future in terms of D&I programming, requirements and accountability for Commercial Real Estate?
• How do you involve D&I in your everyday life?
