Commercial Leasing 101 will provide early career CRE professionals, tenant coordinators, property assistant managers, and administrative assistants the basics and beyond of the commercial leasing process. This boot camp is designed to serve both tenants as well as property owners and managers.

About Your Instructor

Adam E. Berman is a member in the law firm, Mason, Wenk & Berman, L.L.C. and concentrates his practice in commercial leasing, real estate transactions, and real estate finance. He has extensive experience in negotiating and drafting office, industrial and retail leases, having successfully negotiated some of the largest lease transactions in the Chicagoland area. He has represented real estate investment trusts, developers, lenders and other business and individuals in a variety of real estate transactions.

Adam received his J.D. in 1988 from the Northwestern University School of Law. In 1985, he received his bachelor's degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.


Fees: BOMA members can attend this event for $45. Non-member property professionals can attend this event for $55. Non-member vendors will not be admitted.
