With Illinois' passage of the Cannabis Regulation and Taxation Act, it becomes even more important that we understand the impact it has on our clients and assets. Albert Marks, Client Relationship Manager, Cannabis Facility Construction, provides expertise in social media, digital marketing, and customer relations. Albert earned his Bachelor’s degree in Biology at Indiana University Bloomington and his Master’s in Education at National Louis University.
