Brought to you by the BOMA/Suburban Chicago
Education Committee

Have you ever experienced an emotional reaction to a situation at work but you had to self-regulate those feelings to make a decision free from emotion? Did you ever have interactions with someone who seemed to have zero social skills, which made them difficult to get along with? Have you faced changes in the home or workplace that upset you? If you answered yes to any of these questions, you don't want to miss the second course of BOMA/Suburban Chicago's Leadership Education Series on Emotional Intelligence.

Emotional Intelligence is the ability to effectively manage our own emotions and the emotions around us and it is quickly becoming the #1 competency for community leadership, building relationships, and inspiring humanity in the 21st Century. With the rapid acceleration of technology, automation, digital media, distractions, change, and stress, Emotional Intelligence is even more crucial for building healthy, trusting relationships, both personally and professionally. Real human-connection is the future for our own happiness and well-being and of those we lead.

He'll utilize innovative technology for real-time polling of attendees. Sign up now to hear Bill inspire, entertain, challenge your thinking, and get you excited about using your unique human-only skills of awareness, adaptability, and empathy for your continued success!
