Course Description:

This course provides information property and facility managers must have to increase occupant safety and comfort while facilitating building efficiency to meet the business goals of an organization. This course will cover building systems management, analytics, optimization, best practices in building operations and maintenance, and high performance security and life safety systems design.

Our Instructor:

Lynn Harris, Senior Property Manager Healthcare Facilities Development Lynn Harris currently operates as a Senior Property Manager for Healthcare Facilities Development based out of Texas. Major responsibilities include budgeting and accounting, leasing and construction management. His main focus is bringing added value to owners and tenants in medical office management. Healthcare Facilities Development has been awarded the Office Building of the Year from BOMA International. Prior to joining Healthcare Facilities Development, Harris worked for Lillibridge Healthcare Services as General Manager. Received a CPM designation and in 2012 became an instructor for BOMA/BOMI designation courses.
