Andy Murray, Director of Sales

Andy Murray is the Director of Sales for Active Roofing Company, Inc. and an Associate Member with over 13 years of experience serving the real estate property management industry. He is an expert in building and maintaining lasting relationships with customers & colleagues and he prides himself on being their #1 resource for anything they need, personally or professionally. Andy is passionate about teaching and especially topics that revolve around leadership and organizational behavior.  Over the last several years he has presented to BOMA/Suburban Chicago members BOMI's RPA Ethics course, Foundations of Real Estate Management, LinkedIn Strategies, and "How to be an Ideal Team Player."  Andy has also served on the Board of Directors for four years, served on the Education Committee for 10 years, and recently joined the Industrial Committee in 2021.

Julio Chinea – Regional Account Executive with Rose Paving Company, has been an effective leader in the concrete and asphalt industry for over 15 years, assisting property managers, building owners, and facility managers in protecting their assets. He received his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business & Communications

from the University of Illinois at Chicago and prides himself on building long‐lasting relationships with his clients. He goes above and beyond with superior communication and service. He has taught pavement management planning seminars to property management firms throughout the Chicagoland area.

Rod Zamparo, Director of Account Sales
ARCO/Murray

Rod is responsible for preconstruction, construction management and business development for the Tenant Solutions team at ARCO, a Top 10 Design-Builder and Largest Warehouse & Distribution Contractor in the U.S. (ENR). He focuses on buildouts in the suburban Chicagoland market and nationally. Rod has completed projects for local manufacturers and distributors including Supermax Healthcare and Neuco. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil & Environmental Engineering from University of Illinois, Champaign-Urbana and is an active member of BOMA Suburban.
