We will be getting down and dirty with floor slabs in person with hands on training.  We will look at what type of damage happens to floors in our warehouses and how best to repair them, remove striping and how, if even possible, to make them look "new."

We are also going to explore what costs are associated with this work and who may be financially responsible for it.  When a tenant moves out, we all question who is fiscally responsible for the floors and it can be a tricky situation.  How is the lease written?  What is considered tenant responsibility and what is considered make ready for the next tenant?  What happens when they try to repair on their own and make it worse?
