Brought to you by the Program Committee.
As a property professional, you know the struggle of keeping your tenant suites filled. Selling your building to your current and potential future tenants can be a challenge. Another building could offer different amenities and seem more appealing. What do you do to stay in the competition?
Learn how the Village of Hoffman Estates stays relevant in a competitive suburban market at the March Members Lunch. Representatives from the Village of Hoffman Estates will share their expertise in area development, business attraction, and retention. Learn the techniques Hoffman Estates implements to attract new business to their already growing town and find out what keeps business there. In addition, you'll hear about new developments in the area, such as the 163,000 sq ft industrial building for steel manufacturer Bystronic and the former AT&T Campus, which is slated to be converted into a mix of stores, restaurants, entertainment venues, and offices.
Fees: This event is free to members. Additional guests from a member building require a fee of $40.00. For non-members, the fee is $50.00. No non-member vendors will be admitted. By selecting the "Check" payment choice, we will send you an invoice.
Register: The deadline to register is Monday, March 18 by noon. Please note any food allergies or restrictions.
Attendance: As a professional courtesy, please stay for the entire presentation.
Cancellations: Registrations not cancelled 24 hours in advance of the lunch will be charged.
