Property managers, facility managers, asset managers, building owners, management teams, building engineers, property assistants, leasing agents, architects, and real estate students from commercial properties, office buildings industrial facilities, medical office buildings, office condominiums, mixed use developments, retail properties, corporate facilities, and government buildings. Vendors who are not exhibiting will not be admitted.

10th Annual BOMA CAN

The BOMA CAN Construction Project benefits the Northern Illinois Food Bank (NIFB). This annual construction competition has become a very popular feature of EXPO! Come see the creative structures built with food and household items by our members, exhibitors, and committees. Attendees are invited to vote for their favorite(s) with dollar bills; each dollar equals one vote. All food, entry fees, and votes are donated to NIFB. More Information

Pre-registration is required for the Pre-EXPO Keynote Lunch. Pre-registration is not required for EXPO, but qualifies you for a prize drawing; must be present to win. Pre-registration deadline is February 16, 2018 by noon CST. For property professionals only. Vendors who are not exhibiting will not be admitted. BOMA/Suburban Chicago reserves the right to refuse admittance and rescind reservations.

FeesBOMA/Suburban Chicago Regular Members can attend the Pre-EXPO Keynote Lunch for $40. Renewing members can attend at no cost when using promo code at registration. Non-members can attend the Pre-EXPO Keynote Lunch for $55. There is no charge to attend the EXPO.
